Guide prospective students and their parents from first enquiry to admission. A full-time role at our Calicut, Perinthalmanna, Thrissur or Kochi campus.
About the role
The academic counsellor is the first person a student meets at Vision. You take enquiries from the website, WhatsApp and walk-ins, understand what the student wants, explain the programmes honestly and guide them and their parents through admission.
What you will do
- Handle enquiries by phone, WhatsApp, email and in person, and follow them up
- Counsel students and parents on programmes, eligibility and careers in aviation
- Maintain the enquiry record in the CRM and report weekly numbers
- Coordinate admission documents, batch allocation and induction with the campus team
- Represent Vision at school visits, education fairs and seminars
What we are looking for
- Any degree
- At least two years in counselling, admissions or education sales
- Confident, warm communication in Malayalam and English
- Comfortable with targets, CRM software and WhatsApp-based follow-up
